Registration & Payment

A one-off signing-on fee of £60 is payable on registration. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces are given priority.

Discounts are only available when booking in advance.

If a class does not reach the minimum number of participants, payments will be refunded in full.

Insurance & Membership With Other Organisations

For insurance reasons, children registered with Zidannes Sports Ltd must not be registered with, or take part in sessions at, any other sports organisation or club while signed up with us.

By registering, you confirm that your child is not currently a member of another sports organisation or club. If this changes, you must tell us straight away by emailing Info@zidannessports.com or calling 020 3005 2844.

Failing to tell us may affect your child’s insurance cover. Zidannes Sports Ltd reserves the right to remove your child from the programme without refund.

Health & Wellbeing

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us updated if anything changes by emailing Info@zidannessports.com or calling 020 3005 2844.

Please do not bring your child to class if they have been ill in the 48 hours before the session.

Zidannes Sports Ltd and its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

Behaviour

Zidannes Sports Ltd reserves the right to remove anyone found bullying, misbehaving or being disruptive from the programme, without refund.

Photography

You must tell us if you do not want your child photographed for marketing use, and keep us updated if this changes, using the email address or phone number above.

Refunds, Missed Sessions & Weather

We do not give refunds for sessions missed because of your own circumstances. Once payment has been made, sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a session is cancelled because of extremely bad weather, we will offer a make-up session or credit towards another club or camp.

Subscription Cancellations

Parents on a subscription must give 4 weeks’ written notice to cancel.

If you cancel partway through a month, you won’t be charged the full next month. You will only pay for the sessions that fall within your 4-week notice period. For example, if you cancel on 16th March, your subscription ends on 13th April. Instead of the full £55 for April, you only pay for the sessions in the first 2 weeks of April.
